Qualifications

• Require a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy; state licensure in good standing.
• CPR/AED/BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to start; maintain proof.
• Prior managerial experience in a healthcare facility.
• Advanced education or certification (neuro care, sports medicine, etc.) is a bonus.
• Able to stand, walk, and sit throughout shift; professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all professional, support and front office staff at the facility.
• Complete performance appraisals for direct reports.
• Attend required meetings and conduct staff meetings at the facility.
• Ensure quality of care and documentation; perform chart audits as required.
• Monitor clinical staff to maintain patient care standards and identify training needs.
• Oversee daily clinic operations including scheduling, staffing and supplies.
• Implement approved programs and monitor productivity and financials.
• Exercise fiscal management of the clinic and complete reports timely.
• Monitor patient satisfaction surveys and identify areas for improvement.
• Chair or participate on committees as appointed; fulfill duties as directed.

Site Coordinator - Physical Therapist – ProgressiveHealth of Indiana – Marion, IL

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Site Coordinator - Physical Therapist to join our team in a clinical setting. You will provide therapeutic and holistic care for our patients and coverage for an outpatient orthopedic team. You will also supervise a large team of various titles and disciplines. What will you be doing in this role?

Supervise all professional, support and front office staff at assigned facility.

Complete performance appraisals for all staff who are direct reports.

Attend all required meetings as directed by the Director and conduct scheduled staff meetings at the facility.

Assure quality of care and documentation; perform chart audits as required per policy.

Monitor clinical staff to assure patient care standards and suggest areas of training needed for improvement of the clinic.

Supervise the daily operations of the clinic including scheduling, staffing and supplies.

Implement programs as directed and monitor productivity and financials of the clinic.

Exercise effective fiscal management of the clinic.

Complete reports in a timely fashion as directed by the Director.

Monitor patient satisfaction surveys searching for areas needing improvement.

Chair and/or serve on various committees as appointed.

Our ideal candidate would:

• Have a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy/Speech Language Pathology
• Have the required state licensure, certification, and registration that is in good standing with the state or the ability to obtain the required state licensure
• Provide a CPR/AED/BLS (basic life support) certification or have the ability to obtain it prior to start of employment; maintain and provide proof of current certification(s)
• Have previous managerial experience in a healthcare facility
• Have some advanced education, training, or certification is a bonus (neuro care, sports medicine, etc.)
• Have the ability to stand, walk, and sit throughout the entire assigned shift
• Have a high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communication
• Have strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment, without constant supervision
• Be able to maintain confidentiality

Estimated Pay Range:$63/hour *does not include bonus potential*
