Job summary

Support Services of Virginia is seeking a Site Coordinator in Lynchburg to provide direct support and leadership to individuals receiving services. This role focuses on person-centered, community-focused care, helping individuals achieve greater independence and an improved quality of life.

The Site Coordinator will supervise DSPs and ASCs, implement ISPs, promote Positive Practices, and contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere.

Qualifications

Ability to pass criminal and registry background checks.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent with proof of education.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and accept constructive feedback.
Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid, Medication Management, Medicaid Waiver Certification, and Core Competencies.
Basic math skills.
Ability to meet physical requirements of the role.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Implement Individual Support Plans (ISPs) for assigned individuals.
Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Assistant Site Coordinators (ASCs).
Promote Positive Practices and quality service delivery.
Foster a collaborative team environment and community involvement.
