Job summary

Support Services of Virginia is seeking a Site Coordinator in Danville to provide person-centered support and hands-on leadership for individuals receiving services. You will coach Direct Support Professionals and guide residents toward greater independence and participation in community life.

The role requires daytime, evening, and weekend availability, with potential overnight shifts. You will implement ISPs, model Positive Practices, and collaborate with the Site Service Coordinator to ensure
