Lead from concept to launch, coordinating with groups across sales, product development, and manufacturing to deliver on-time results. This role requires on-site presence five days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage engineering projects.
• Expertise in engineering fundamentals and systems development.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineers in developing site controls and EMS solutions.
• Translate customer feedback into robust engineering requirements.
• Drive real-time optimization for site controls and products.
• Perform competitive analyses to shape product direction.
• Unblock development and resolve cross-functional issues.
• Collaborate with sales, product, value chain and manufacturing.
• Oversee testing, training, pre-sales support and IP strategy.
