Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering/CS with substantial engineering experience.
• Strong experience in software development lifecycle and engineering processes.
• Experience leading and coaching teams to successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coach and facilitate the development of the work group to achieve goals.
• Establish team-level strategy to solve problems in technology areas.
• Oversee LMS on positioning, controls, and commissioning algorithm development.
• Ensure software lifecycle time, cost, and quality targets are met.
• Collaborate with internal customers and suppliers to deliver solutions.
