Qualifications
- Progressive technical ownership in ECM/ECU design with battery management experience.
- Experience with environmental validation, EMC testing, safety requirements and regulatory compliance.
- Background working with machine or engine system electronic control modules.
Responsibilities
- Oversee compliance with functional & environmental requirements for ECM/ECU development.
- Develop product requirements, perform analysis and simulation, select electronic components.
- Collaborate with software, battery, system and machine teams for platform integration.
- Negotiate with ECM/ECU vendors for system and component development.
- Investigate and troubleshoot ECM/ECU issues throughout development and production.
- Mentor technicians and engineers in electrical and electronic system design.
