Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Cost Accountant or Plant Controller in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years' experience as a Financial and/or Operational Analyst.
• Proven experience in manufacturing forecasting, planning & analysis (FP&A).

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to financial policies and improve internal business processes.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations aligned to strategic objectives.
• Lead the annual RF1/3 forecast and budgeting process at the site.
