Premier Research is seeking a Site Contracts Lead to join our Regulatory Submissions and Contracts team in the United States. The role focuses on implementing NDAs, Clinical Trial Agreements, and amendments for assigned studies, ensuring high-quality, compliant documents that align with timelines and standards.

You will liaise with Sponsors, country experts, and the study team to negotiate terms, tailor templates, and mitigate contract-related risks while supporting ongoing regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience with NDAs, CTAs, and related budgeting templates.
• Ability to manage complex site contracts across multiple studies.
• Strong knowledge of contract standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage NDAs, CTAs, amendments and related documents for assigned studies.
• Negotiate terms of site contract templates with Sponsors and country experts.
• Coordinate with regulatory submission managers and study teams to meet timelines.
• Identify contract and budget risks and propose mitigation strategies.
