Job summary

Premier Research is seeking a Site Contracts Lead to join our Regulatory Submissions and Contracts team in the United States. You will manage all aspects of NDAs, CTAs, and related documents for assigned studies, ensuring high-quality contracts that meet local legal requirements.

You will negotiate terms with sponsors and coordinate with country experts to establish templates and timelines. Collaborating with the Premier Regulatory Submission Managers and other internal teams, you will identify

Responsibilities

• Manage NDAs, CTAs, and related documents for assigned studies.
• Negotiate terms of Site Contract templates with Sponsors at project start.
• Review templates for compliance with local legal requirements.
• Serve as liaison between Sponsors and country experts during negotiations.
• Develop and maintain contract/CTA templates; ensure consistency with standards.
• Monitor timelines and milestones for site contract negotiations and study start-up.
