Job summary

Premier Research is seeking a Site Contracts Lead to join our Regulatory Submissions and Contracts team in the United States. The role encompasses managing NDAs, CTAs, and amendments for assigned studies, negotiating terms with sponsors, and coordinating with country experts to ensure compliant, timely contract execution.

• Experience leading site contract negotiations for CTAs/NDAs across studies.
• Ability to review templates for local legal requirements and industry standards.
• Strong communication with sponsors, country experts, and internal teams.
