Job summary

Premier Research is seeking a Site Contracts Lead to join our Regulatory Submissions and Contracts team. You will oversee the end-to-end management of NDAs, CTAs and related documents for assigned studies, negotiating terms with sponsors and coordinating with country experts to ensure compliant, timely site contracts.

You will work with internal teams to tailor templates, manage budgets, and mitigate contract risks while supporting study startup timelines and client deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and negotiating NDAs and CTAs.
• Proven ability to manage contract templates and leverage country experts for negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage NDAs, CTAs, and contract amendments for assigned studies.
• Negotiate terms with sponsors at project kickoff.
• Coordinate with country experts to tailor templates to study requirements.
• Liaise with Premier Regulatory Submission Managers on contract-related items.
• Identify and mitigate contract-related risks and issues.
• Oversee study timelines and milestones for site contracts.
• Provide training on contractual requirements and negotiation techniques.
