Job summary

Premier Research is seeking a Site Contracts Lead to manage NDAs, CTAs, amendments, and related documents across assigned studies. You will collaborate with Sponsors, country experts, and the Regulatory Submissions team to ensure timely and compliant contract execution.

You will negotiate templates, oversee site-by-site negotiations, and mentor junior staff while maintaining high quality and legal standards throughout the contract lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience negotiating NDAs, CTAs and related contract documents.
• Strong coordinating with cross-functional teams including regulatory submissions.
• Knowledge of local country legal requirements for contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of site contracts with country experts during negotiations for assigned studies.
• Negotiate site contract templates with Sponsors and liaise with country experts.
• Work with Regulatory Submission Managers to finalize CTA budgets per country/site.
• Mentor and train junior staff in contract negotiation and standards.
• Ensure Premier Research Site Contracts are clear, fair and legally binding and compliant.
