Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Specialist to negotiate and finalize Clinical Trial Agreements and site budgets. You will collaborate with global teams, sponsors, and investigators to ensure compliant, timely contracting across sites.

You will bring deep knowledge of regulatory requirements (FDA/ICH-GCP) and proven negotiation leadership. A strong cross-functional approach and attention to detail are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience negotiating clinical site and vendor contracts.
• Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines and local regulations.
• Strong communication skills for complex contract terms.
• MS Office proficiency and ability to draft and review budgets.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME on Clinical Trial Agreement processes at country and site level.
• Prepare, negotiate and finalize site contracts and budgets.
• Manage Investigator Budget and liaise on contract communications.
• Resolve negotiation issues, escalate risks, and contribute to SOP development and template updates.
• Collaborate with Worldwide stakeholders and external parties (sites, investigators, etc.).
• Review and finalize Clinical Trial Agreements and related documents including site budgets.
