Job summary

ProSciento, Inc. is seeking a Site Contract Analyst to negotiate and manage site budgets and contracts for clinical trials. You will draft and review CDAs, CTAs, budgets, LOIs, and amendments, ensuring mutual benefit for sites and Sponsors and timely contract execution.

You will interact with internal teams and external sites, forecast timelines, and maintain precise filing and tracking. Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field.
• 1 year of clinical research experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience in contract administration, procurement, or vendor negotiation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drafts, negotiates and oversees CDAs, CTAs, budgets, LOIs and amendments with investigative sites.
• Ensures site contracts are mutually beneficial for sites and Sponsors.
• Forecasts contract execution timelines to support site start-up for clinical trials.
• Communicates site issues to internal/external parties clearly.
