Job summary

ProSciento, Inc. is seeking a Site Contract Analyst to negotiate and manage site budgets and contracts for clinical trials. You will draft and review CDAs, CTAs, budgets, LOIs, and amendments, ensuring mutual benefit for sites and Sponsors and timely contract execution.

You will interact with internal teams and external sites, forecast timelines, and maintain precise filing and tracking. Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field.
  • 1 year of clinical research experience or equivalent education/experience.
  • Experience in contract administration, procurement, or vendor negotiation is a plus.

Site Contract Analyst

Full Time- Salary 30C-40A US

Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually

POSITION SUMMARY:

Negotiates budgets and contracts with the sites under the direction of Budgeting & Contracting leadership and project team as applicable. Performs duties in accordance with ProSciento’s values, policies, and procedures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Drafts, negotiates and oversees Confidentiality Agreements (CDAs), Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs), study budgets, Letter Of Indemnity (LOI) and amendments with investigative sites based on pre-defined templates and negotiation parameters.
  • Ensures that the site contracts are mutually beneficial contractual agreements for both sites and Sponsors
  • Serves as the primary site contracts lead person for studies. Accurately forecasts contract execution timelines in support of timely site start up for the conduct of clinical trials.
  • Communicates and explains site legal/budgetary issues to internal and external parties.
  • Appraises contracts for completeness and accuracy.
  • Ensures accurate filing and tracking.
  • Interacts and collaborates with other functional areas, including Study Start u and Project Management departments.
  • Builds relationships and credibility with internal customers and external sites through professionalism and accuracy of contracts support.
  • Responds to inquiries from sites and sponsors professionally, efficiently, and effectively, and follows up with investigative sites concerning outstanding contracts and budgets on a regular basis, and as frequently as necessary to resolve any concerns/issues as quickly as possible.
  • Produces 100% error-free documents, including budgets and contracts.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in finance, economics, or related business field. 1-year experience in a clinical research setting or similar environment, and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in contract administration, procurement, or vendor negotiation is a plus.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

Must be able to work independently while partnering across functions. Ability to organize data and information effectively and communicate with professionalism and clarity to management and clients.

Language Ability:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), procedural manuals, governmental and clinical regulations, and similar documents. Able to communicate effectively to employees, cross departmentally, in management groups, and group meeting settings.

Math Ability:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have excellent computer skills with working knowledge and proficiency in the current Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Windows applications. Ability to quickly learn and use new software systems.
