Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in site contract negotiation within a CRO, sponsor, or academic research organization.
• Familiarity with clinical trial budgeting and fair market value (FMV) principles.
• Strong knowledge of clinical research processes, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and finalize clinical trial agreements (CTAs), confidentiality agreements (CDAs), and budgets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sites and sponsors regarding site contract negotiations.
• Work cross-functionally with project management, legal, finance, and clinical teams.
