Qualifications
2+ years of experience in site contract negotiation within a CRO, sponsor, or academic research organization.
Familiarity with clinical trial budgeting and fair market value (FMV) principles.
Strong knowledge of clinical research processes, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Draft, negotiate, and finalize clinical trial agreements (CTAs), confidentiality agreements (CDAs), and budgets.
Serve as the primary point of contact for sites and sponsors regarding site contract negotiations.
Work cross-functionally with project management, legal, finance, and clinical teams.
