Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Manager, Site Content to lead storytelling, imagery curation, and content execution across Walmart.com and the App. You will guide omni-channel messaging and visual storytelling to elevate brand perception and drive conversion, using AI and emerging tools to scale assets and personalize the customer journey.

You will shape editorial strategy, translate trends into actionable content decisions, and partner with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards and timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in merchandising, visual design, business management, or related area; 3 years’ experience in eCommerce merchandising, UI/UX, interactive and visual design, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in these fields.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute editorial strategy across site during campaigns and evergreen moments.
• Translate trends and data into actionable editorial decisions to optimize content mix and storytelling.
• Leverage AI and emerging tech to accelerate content creation and enhance personalization.
• Partner cross-functionally to align on campaign priorities and strengthen storytelling execution.
• Drive operational rigor by ensuring timelines, workflows, and quality standards are met.
