Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial concrete projects. You will oversee productivity, quality and safety, manage field personnel, and coordinate schedules and resources with the project team.

Strong communication and hands-on problem solving are essential to keep projects on track and on budget. You will build relationships with clients, subs, and suppliers, drive safety programs, and support workforce development while ensuring

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization.
• Detail oriented with the ability to analyze information on jobsite productivity and safety initiatives.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project and Outlook).
• Knowledgeable of OSHA requirements and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assures achievement of productivity, quality and safety objectives.
• Supervises hiring, training, job assignment, promotion, transfers, layoffs and terminations for field personnel.
• Manages personnel development and activities to maximize efficiency of workforce.
• Assists the project team in establishing steps and adapts schedules and tasks.
• Troubleshoots and resolves constructability concerns with project team.
• Develops and maintains customer relationships to procure future projects.
• Assists with material and equipment schedules and promotes their efficient use.
• Performs special projects and other duties as needed.
