Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction is seeking a General Superintendent to oversee on-site construction activities including steel erection, concrete placement, and framing. You will lead daily operations, enforce safety standards, monitor progress, and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to meet goals, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities include coordinating labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment while maintaining quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of all projects within the district, ensuring timely completion, cost control, and safety compliance.
• Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, labor crews, equipment, and material deliveries to maintain workflow.
