Job summary

Flexicrew Technical Services seeks a Construction Manager to lead on-site construction across multiple project sites, coordinating with HSE, Quality, Engineering, Procurement, and Project Controls to ensure safe, efficient execution that meets schedule, cost, and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7+ years industrial construction experience with 3+ years direct supervision.
• EPC experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership, coordination, and oversight of all on-site construction operations and supporting functions.
• Foster a strong construction HSE culture integrated into daily work activities.
• Lead the Project Team in developing the Construction Execution Plan, WBS, schedule, resources, and forecasting.
• Maintain ownership of the Construction Execution Plan and communicate changes to the Project Team.
• Ensure reports and site personnel understand objectives and information critical to execution.
• Lead the site team to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and with quality.
• Identify stakeholders early and build collaborative relationships through communication.
• Monitor costs, schedule, progress, and productivity; analyze variances and corrective actions.
