Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven supervisory experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software is a plus.
• Primarily works on construction sites in varying weather conditions.
• Requires physical activity including standing, walking, and lifting materials.
• May require extended hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on project needs.
