Job summary

Balfour Beatty Investments in Fort Leonard Wood, MO, seeks a seasoned construction superintendent to plan, lead and coordinate project activities on site, ensuring schedules, budgets and safety standards are met.

The role requires at least 5 years in construction supervision, ability to read blueprints, knowledge of codes (OSHA/EPA), and excellent verbal and written communication. Travel up to 30% is expected across a multi-project portfolio. Competitive benefits package available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a construction superintendent or similar role.
• Ability to read, understand and execute blueprints, drawings and plans.
• Knowledge of local and federal building codes, OSHA, EPA rules and regulations.
• Must have Active and valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to travel 30%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, understands, and enforces subcontractor assignment and scope of work while leading productivity efforts.
• Monitors daily reports/logs and ensures safety, environmental and manpower documentation is compliant.
• Ensures construction activities are implemented, conducts pre-construction meetings and manages project schedule milestones.
• Reviews and processes Owner and Subcontractor change orders, and ensures adherence to plans and quality standards.
• Implements safety program and performs daily safety inspections on site.
