Job summary

High Construction is seeking skilled construction professionals to join our team in eastern Pennsylvania. You will engage in planning, site coordination, and quality control to ensure projects meet contract requirements and are built safely and on schedule.

Candidates should read and interpret drawings, perform geometric calculations, and communicate clearly with foremen, subcontractors, and clients. The role involves outdoor work in varied weather and physical tasks, including lifting up to 50

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Must be able to perform and be proficient in geometrical and mathematical calculations.
• Must have knowledge of basic computer systems and software.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Must be able to climb, work at various heights and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Engage in construction planning, scheduling, material procurement, quality control, and job site safety.
• Prepare daily reports as related to crews, progress and issues.
• Assist in the preparation of final records for the project, including as-builts.
• Work with foreman to ensure structures are built in conformance with the contract requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor the work of subcontractors.
• Represent High Construction in a business-like and professional manner.
