Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a capable construction site coordinator for a Phoenix-based project. You will work with the site construction lead to manage scheduling, daily reports, quality control, and subcontractor communication on a fast-paced field site.

Key duties include overseeing subcontractors, maintaining schedule adherence, and preparing progress and quality reports while ensuring latest design revisions are used. Travel and on-site collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine years in construction or field operations.
• Associate degree plus six years in construction or field operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline with at least three years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site operations with the construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and conformance with drawings and specs.
• Maintain project schedules, escalate delays, and prepare monthly progress and quality reports.
• Maintain on-site records and use latest design revisions for construction.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with the Project Manager, and communicate clearly with management and clients.
