Job summary

Zone 5 Technologies in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a Site Lead/Supervisor for Configuration Management to guide CM across hardware, software, firmware, and data management from development through sustainment.

You will supervise CM staff, coordinate site work, ensure compliance with AS9100/EAR, and represent CM in reviews, proposals, and audits, reporting to the Senior Configuration Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in configuration management, engineering, or manufacturing in regulated environment.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to interpret contracts, RFPs, SOWs, specs, and flow-downs.

Responsibilities

• Lead CM activities across hardware, software, firmware, and data management.
• Supervise CM staff, set priorities, and monitor performance.
• Coordinate site workload and ensure alignment with enterprise CM policies.
• Represent CM in reviews, planning, and audits; escalate risks.
• Manage CM scope, deliverables, staffing, and BOEs for programs.
