Job summary

Zone 5 Technologies in Fort Walton Beach, FL, seeks a Configuration Management Site Lead/Supervisor to oversee CM across hardware, software, firmware and data. You will partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to maintain configuration integrity from concept to sustainment.

The role demands 7+ years in CM/engineering, strong leadership, and knowledge of AS9100, ITAR, EAR. Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive CM/engineering experience in regulated industries.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead site CM personnel, assign work, set priorities and mentor staff.
• Own hardware, software, firmware, documentation and data configuration management at site.
• Provide site status on baselines, change activity and audit readiness.
• Manage CM processes across development through sustainment.
• Support CM reviews, planning, and enterprise direction implementation.
• Coordinate CM staffing, schedules, and resources with leadership.
