Job summary

HDR is seeking a Site Civil Team Lead to guide a multi-disciplinary group on complex engineering projects, including datacenter and mission critical work. You will mentor engineers, coordinate design across disciplines, and support marketing and project pursuits.

The ideal candidate has a track record in site civil leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to HDR’s employee-owned culture. This role is based in Round Rock, TX with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years experience.
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Responsibilities

• Take leadership of the Site Civil Team, guiding staff development, profitability and quality.
• Coordinate design work with Site Civil Engineers, EITs and Designers in a multi-discipline team.
• Involve in marketing planning, proposal scope and fee development.
• Engage with industrial and public clients on marketing and project production.
• Ensure work is planned, organized, controlled and evaluated via proactive project management.
