3P CAREERS | CIVIL ENGINEERING | ARCHITECTURE | INTERIOR DESIGN is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Team Leader to oversee land development projects. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage client relationships, and mentor engineers and designers in Maryland.

The role requires a PE license, 8+ years of progressive civil engineering experience, and strong design review skills. Relocation assistance and growth opportunities are available within a collaborative firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Active professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• At least eight years of progressive civil engineering and land development design experience.
• Demonstrated staff supervision, mentoring, and project management experience.
• Strong technical design and plan review skills, along with effective communication, delegation, and client management.
• Suburban Maryland experience preferred. Familiarity with Prince George’s County approval processes is a plus.
