Job summary

Stonefield Engineering & Design, a full-service Professional Engineering and Consulting Firm, is seeking a Project Manager for the Site/Civil team in Chicago, IL. This role emphasizes project leadership, design coordination, and client communication while delivering site development projects.

The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering degree, a PE license, at least 3 years of site and grading experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD with familiarity in Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a valid PE license.

Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor entry-level to mid-level designers and analysts.
• Design site layout, grading, stormwater, utilities, landscaping, lighting, and erosion control.
• Manage projects including zoning and site plan permitting, field inspections, hydrologic/hydraulic design, and report preparation.
