Stonefield Engineering & Design, a full-service engineering and consulting firm in Chicago, seeks a Project Manager for Site/Civil. The role requires a strong technical background, leadership, and growth mindset. You will manage site/civil projects, coordinate with clients and staff, and contribute to planning and design efforts.

The ideal candidate holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering, a PE license, 3+ years of site/grading experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
• Must be a licensed PE.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with site and grading design, zoning and site plan permitting process.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Ability to work effectively on a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated.
• Familiarity with Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and/or technical writing are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teaching and training entry-level to mid-level designers and analysts.
• Design of site layout, grading, stormwater management, utilities, landscaping, lighting, and soil erosion and sediment control measures.

Stonefield Engineering and Design is currently recruiting a Project Manager to join the Site/Civil Engineering Team. As Stonefield is a multi-disciplinary firm, interest in cross disciplinary work within the field of Civil Engineering is encouraged.

Key Responsibilities

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

The following minimum requirements are expected of candidates:
