You will lead project teams, coordinate with clients, contractors and regulatory agencies, and contribute to business development while mentoring staff.

Requirements include a B.S. in Civil Engineering, a PE license (WI or IL) or ability to obtain within six months, and 5+ years of related experience, including AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer license in Wisconsin or Illinois, or ability to obtain within six months.
• Minimum five years of progressive civil or site development engineering experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and strong communication/leadership skills.
