Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 5 years of general site civil engineering experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan production for general site civil on a wide variety of projects, including site layouts and drainage.
• Perform quantity calculations and prepare calculation reports.
• Prepare specifications and contract documents.
• Coordinate site design with clients and agencies, and supervise staff as needed.
• Work as Technical Specialist or Project Manager on mid-size projects as needed.
• Perform site due diligence, including zoning and permitting requirements.
