Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience in general site civil engineering.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan production for general site civil projects, including layouts, grading, drainage, and utilities.
• Perform quantity calculations and prepare associated calculation reports.
• Prepare specifications and contract documents.
• Exercise judgment in evaluating and modifying standard engineering techniques.
• Function as a Technical Specialist or Project Manager on mid-size projects as needed.
• Supervise a small staff of professionals and technicians; coordinate with agencies and clients.
