HDR is seeking a Site Civil Engineer in Denver, CO, to join the Building Engineering Services Group. You will lead civil site design efforts for diverse markets, coordinating with mechanical, electrical, structural, and site civil teams through planning, design, and construction phases.

The ideal candidate brings a PE license, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience in land development and site utilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience in civil/site development and design processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop civil site layouts and plans for multiple markets.
• Coordinate with multi-discipline teams through the project lifecycle.
• Prepare plan sets, details, specs, and cost estimates.
• Perform site development calculations (stormwater, hydrology, etc.).
• Mentor junior staff and represent HDR in client meetings.
• Ensure designs comply with jurisdictional requirements and codes.
