Job summary

PS&S, LLC. in Warren, NJ is seeking a Site Civil Designer/Engineer to join our Land Development team. You will support planning, design, and permitting of site civil infrastructure across diverse projects alongside a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include due diligence, grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater analysis, and preparing permit applications to NJDEP and local agencies. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of site civil design for land development.
• EIT or PE license preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Working knowledge of NJ land use & stormwater regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Perform site civil design including grading, drainage, utilities.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to create design drawings.
• Conduct stormwater management and hydrologic analysis.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare permit applications to NJDEP and governing agencies.
• Support project meetings and client communications.
• Review shop drawings and RFIs for construction.
• Assist with proposals and coordination across teams.
