Job summary

PS&S, LLC. is seeking a skilled Site Civil Engineer with a strong background in land development and stormwater management. This mid-level role requires at least 7 years of experience and a NY PE license is preferred. The ideal candidate will mentor junior engineers and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

The position offers hybrid/onsite work with a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates must be based in the United States and legally eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 7 years of site civil engineering experience focused on land development and stormwater.
• PE license in NY preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design tools.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal permitting regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute land development projects including site layout, grading, utility design, and permitting across various sectors.
• Design stormwater management systems to meet regulatory requirements.
• Lead due diligence/feasibility studies, construction documents, and regulatory submissions.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and municipal reviewers.
• Attend client meetings and conduct site visits as needed; stay current on NY guidelines.
