Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater design.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology/hydraulic software.
• Experience with permitting and municipal review processes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare site plans, grading, drainage, utility, and stormwater management designs.
• Perform due diligence investigations and zoning/code reviews.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.
• Prepare technical reports, construction cost estimates, and project documentation.
• Support permitting and land development approval processes.
• Attend meetings with planning boards, agencies, and project teams.
• Manage project tasks, schedules, and budgets.
