Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Land Development Project Manager to lead a portfolio of commercial, residential, and municipal projects from feasibility through permitting and construction support in Wall Township.

The role requires strong civil/site design knowledge, NJ regulations, and proven leadership to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, schedules, and client communications with local agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program.
• 8–15+ years of civil/site engineering and land development experience.
• NJ PE license required or ability to obtain licensure promptly.

Responsibilities

• Lead land development projects from feasibility through design, permitting, construction support, and closeout.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, developers, architects, contractors, municipalities, and agencies.
• Develop and manage scopes, budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and deliverables.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, surveyors, planners, and environmental specialists.
• Ensure compliance with municipal NJ regulations and permitting requirements.
• Provide QA/QC reviews of plans, reports, and deliverables.
• Support business development through proposals and client relationship management.
