• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams while providing project oversight and hands-on production design.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field with 5+ years of civil engineering experience.
• Strong experience with site civil engineering, land development, drainage design, and stormwater management.
• Experience with permitting, regulatory compliance, site development, and subdivision planning.
• Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to oversee others while remaining hands-on with design.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience with AutoCAD, GIS, or similar civil engineering design software.

$43-72/hour based on experience level plus a comprehensive benefits package
