Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil preferred).
• Licensed Professional Engineer in North Carolina (PE).
• Experience managing staff and clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor a team of engineers and designers.
• Develop and sustain client relationships across projects.
• Oversee all project aspects and interface with clients and municipalities.
• Prepare budgets and proposals.
• Supervise site development and design tasks (grading, permitting).
• Contribute to SWM/H&H design and regulatory engagements.
• Assist with RFQ responses.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure QC of reports.
