Job summary

Pennoni seeks an experienced professional to lead our Site/Civil team as Division Manager, directing multi-discipline site design projects on a full-time basis in Winter Haven, FL. You will manage a team of engineers and designers, develop client relationships, and interface with clients and municipalities as needed.

Responsibilities include budgets, proposals, site development tasks, stormwater design, regulatory engagement, RFQ responses, mentoring, and QC of staff work.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline (civil preferred).
• Professional Engineer license in Florida required.
• Experience managing staff and clients; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships; present to clients & municipalities as needed.
