Job summary

Pennoni Associates Inc. seeks an experienced professional to lead our Site/Civil team as a Division Manager, directing multi-discipline site design projects on a full-time basis in Raleigh/Charlotte.

You will oversee engineers and designers, develop client relationships, prepare budgets and proposals, and ensure quality control across project efforts. The role requires a PE in NC, strong staff and client management, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Civil).
• Professional Engineer in North Carolina.
• Experience managing staff and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers and designers.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Interface with clients; present to clients & municipalities when necessary.
• Prepare budgets and proposals.
• Supervise site development & design tasks (plan prep, grading, permits).
• Contribute to stormwater design (H&H modeling, E&S planning).
• Engage with regulatory agencies.
• Assist with RFQ responses.
• Provide QC of staff design & reports.
• Reports to Raleigh Office Director.
