Qualifications

• FE/EIT certification preferred.
• Experience in land development or water resources projects is a plus.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Bluebeam Revu.
• Proficient with MS Office and Adobe software.

Responsibilities

• Perform site design tasks including layout, grading, and utilities.
• Evaluate land development feasibility through site assessments.
• Review local ordinances and state regulations for compliance.
• Assist design team with permitting and construction plans.
• Conduct take-offs and develop cost estimates.
• Prepare permit applications and engineering reports.
• Collaborate with team across disciplines on projects.
