Job summary

HDR is seeking a Digital Delivery Lead to guide the digital model environment and deliverables for complex projects within HDR’s Building Engineering Services Group. You will work with project managers, coordinators, and specialists to establish the Digital Delivery Plan and ensure high-quality BIM outputs across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years digital design (BIM element authoring) experience.
• Minimum 5 years digital delivery (model management) experience.
• Strong understanding of discipline relations and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction for Digital Delivery Coordinators and Specialists at project level.
• Monitor digital model environment and deliverables across the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain the Digital Delivery Plan (DDP) and project initiation procedures.
• Lead digital deliverables and support production teams through projects.
• Mentor team members and oversee model setup and standards.
• Coordinate with HDR management, production staff and clients on digital strategy.
