Job summary

Amphenol Borisch Technologies ABT seeks a Site Business Manager to lead a multi-functional manufacturing facility in Mesa, AZ. You will drive overall performance, growth, customer experience, and organizational effectiveness across Production, Engineering, Quality, and Customer Service.

Responsibilities include setting priorities, managing resources, and establishing performance metrics while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the facility, establishing clear priorities and aligning site functions.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and operational objectives by partnering with leadership.
• Establish and monitor key site performance metrics (financial, quality, delivery, customer satisfaction).
• Develop relationships with key customers and support long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Customer Programs, Production, Sales to support new business and product launches.
• Plan resources including capital, workforce, facilities, equipment, and technology.
• Promote continuous improvement, operational excellence, and a safe workplace.
• Reinforce ABT core values, EHS and Quality policies across the site.
• Develop leadership through coaching, mentorship, and succession planning.

Job description

The Site Business Manager provides overall leadership and business management for the facility, serving as the primary leader and point of contact for the site. This role is responsible for driving the overall performance, growth, customer experience, and organizational effectiveness of the facility while ensuring alignment across Production, Engineering, Quality, Customer Service, and other supporting functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the facility, establishing clear priorities and ensuring alignment across all site functions, directly leading Production, Engineering, Quality, Materials, and Planning.
• Drive the facility to achieve revenue, profitability, operational, and other business objectives, partnering with leadership to understand performance, identify gaps, and take corrective action.
• Establish and monitor key site performance metrics, including financial performance, quality, delivery, productivity, customer satisfaction, capacity, workforce, and other measures of business health.
• Develop strong relationships with key customers and support the organization in addressing customer needs, escalations, business opportunities, and long‑term partnerships.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Customer Programs, Production, Sales, and other functions to ensure the site is positioned to support new business, customer requirements, product launches, capacity needs, and future growth.
• Plan for and recommend resources necessary to support the business, including capital investments, workforce, facilities, equipment, technology, infrastructure, and organizational capabilities.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, accountability, and problem solving across the site.
• Promote environmental, health, and safety philosophies and processes that support a safe and compliant workplace.
• Emphasize and reinforce ABT Core Values, EHS and Quality policies throughout the organization.
• Develop a strong and effective leadership team through coaching, mentorship, performance management, talent development, and succession planning.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience supporting engineering, quality, production planning
• Experience supporting customers and business growth
• High School diploma required, associate or bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Demonstrated strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, teach, train and motivate others
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth industry; willing to be hands‑on and take initiative
• Excellent project management and problem‑solving skills
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing
