Olsson seeks a BIM Manager/Document Controller to join our team. You will collaborate with the BIM group, manage Revit and CAD files, and serve as the site contact for BIM content review and EDMS management on data center projects.

You will coordinate handover content, support project closeout, and ensure QA/QC while meeting client standards and deadlines. A related bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Proven BIM management, document control, and project coordination experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with focus on high-quality delivery.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the BIM team to maintain accurate Revit and CAD files.
• Serve as the site-level contact for BIM content review, approval, management, and maintenance.
• Coordinate the delivery of all handover content for data center projects.
• Provide document and project closeout support for construction and operation.
• Act as the site representative for the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
• Oversee day-to-day document maintenance and conduct QA/QC checks.
• Ensure compliance with client standards to meet project deadlines.
