LFG designs, builds and manages power infrastructure for compute systems. The BIM Manager will own building information models, enforce standards, and coordinate internal and external teams from design through handover of an accurate as-built model.

You will set up site models, run clash detection, manage data environments, and train engineers in Revit and company standards while exploring automation to improve team efficiency. Travel to California/Washington sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related engineering field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years BIM experience on industrial, data center or technical buildings.
• 2+ years leading BIM for a project or team.
• Expert proficiency in Revit across A/E and MEP disciplines.
• Experience with Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360.
• Experience writing BIM execution plans and standards and enforcing them.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Experience coordinating designs across engineering disciplines on live projects.

Responsabilités

• Set up and maintain the Revit/CAD model for each site across disciplines.
• Write and enforce BIM standards, execution plans, naming conventions and templates.
• Run clash detection and coordinate meetings with outside firms; report status.
• Manage common data environment and model exchange with external teams.
• Produce drawings, sheets, schedules and takeoffs from the model.
• Build and maintain a library of equipment families (generators, transformers, etc.).
• Link the model to Civil 3D site models and GIS data.
• Review contractor models and as-built submittals; deliver verified as-built model.
• Train engineers and set up new users in Revit and standards.
• Evaluate software and automation (Dynamo, Revit API) to save time.
• Prepare the model for Facility Operations and data feeds into monitoring systems.
