Job summary

Olsson is seeking a dedicated BIM Manager to join our Data Centers Structural Engineering Team. You will coordinate BIM content, maintain Revit and CAD files, and serve as the site contact for content review and EDMS-related tasks.

The role emphasizes accurate handover content delivery and adherence to client standards. Responsibilities include document control, QA/QC, and closeout support, ensuring deadlines are met while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across our data center

Qualifications

• Passion for coordinating BIM content and project deliverables.
• Experience with document control and closeout for data center projects.
• Ability to QA/QC and ensure client standards compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of all handover content for data center projects.
• Provide document and project closeout support.
• Act as the site representative for the EDMS and manage day-to-day document maintenance.
• Conduct QA/QC checks and ensure compliance with client standards.
• Meet project deadlines and goals.
