Job summary

Southern Industrial Constructors Inc. is seeking an experienced BIM Manager based in an office location. The role encompasses creating and managing BIM projects across design, construction and handover, acting as the BIM workflow gatekeeper and focal point for issues throughout the project lifecycle.

You will lead BIM setup, develop Revit families, coordinate digital documents, and collaborate with IT and subcontractors to ensure model integrity and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience in modeling, design, drafting or engineering.
• Deep knowledge of BIM practices and software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage BIM projects for SIC across design, construction and handover.
• Serve as gatekeeper for BIM workflow and liaison for planning and 3D renderings.
• Develop Revit families, coordinate digital documents, and manage BIM resources.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve BIM design issues and setup projects.
• Coordinate hardware upgrades and communicate with subcontractors on models.
