Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of large-scale mining construction site management.
• Demonstrated visible field safety leadership.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, mechanical installation, and trade practices.
• Strong English language written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day construction activities at the Hermosa site.
• Manage contractor coordination and scheduling across facilities and infrastructure.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly construction reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Support project services with logistics and vendor management.
